 Working conditions

Salary
We offer a good salary as well as opportunities to develop oneself all of which can be discussed further during a personal interview. In addition to a good salary we also offer a profit-share scheme.

Choice in conditions of employment
Everybody has their own preferences when it comes to conditions of employment. Depending on the agreed type of contract and conditions stipulated therein you can, for example:
 - buy or sell additional leave;
- participating in the bicycle scheme (by using part of your profit share, holiday pay or extra statutory holiday hours or gross salary);
- participating in the share plan, the Salary Savings Scheme or the “Levensloop” plan.

Mobility
We reimburse your costs of commuting.

Social Activities
GustoMSC has an active event committee which organizes varied activities for all of their employees (amongst other things workshops, day trips, personnel parties, sporting events, etc).
